Leo is such a thoughtful guide and added the needed humor and engagement to the tour that is needed to stay attentive for almost 3 hours. I was not tired at all and could have listened for longer. He shows an interesting mix of the new La Paz and the original culture which helped me understand a lot how the people go about. Also he has great English and always encouraged to ask any questions. I absolutely loved this tour! We saw so much and were able to experience the city from the ground and from the sky! Leo had a ton of great stories and commentary for us. I learned so much about La Paz and would recommend this to anyone traveling to Bolivia!

I highly recommend this tour to explore more of La Paz out of the city centre. I had already done a walking tour in the centre and this tour complemented it very well, adding to my understanding and knowledge of Bolivia, while visiting some amazing areas that I hadn’t yet been. Christian is a great guide - knowledgeable, friendly and easygoing. I was the only one on the tour today, I was able to ask lots of questions and we had great conversations. It felt less like a guided tour and more like friends hanging out!

El recorrido va subiendo de calidad, con la parte de los teleféricos como uno de los atractivos más interesantes. Es muy sorprendente la autonomía de la cárcel, hecho que sorprende. Daniel, el guía, es muy educado y cercano.

Hice el tour de La Paz con Christian y me encantó. Es un guía muy amable, atento y, sobre todo, se nota que conoce y quiere mucho su ciudad. El recorrido fue muy interesante y agradable. Christian nos contó muchas cosas sobre la historia y la vida cotidiana de La Paz, pero también pequeñas curiosidades que hicieron que el tour fuera mucho más entretenido. Me gustó especialmente que no se limitara a explicar lo que estábamos viendo, sino que nos ayudara a entender mejor la ciudad y su cultura. Fue una experiencia muy bonita y una excelente manera de empezar a conocer La Paz. Had a great time with Leo’s walking tour in La Paz. Leo is highly intelligent and well informed about Bolivia’s place in Latin America and provides a holistic projection of the politics, history and society of the country. He is very personable and well mannered. He provided us with great spots around the city and nice circuit in the cable cars around the city. He also at the ends provides a map of great spots around La Paz and Bolivia that you may miss. Highly recommend if you’re coming to La Paz to do a tour with Leo. Gracias mano :))

Un recorrido súper completo por la ciudad de la paz. Nos llevó a sitios súper bonitos, y nos explicó cada rincón con mucho cariño y pasión. Yo no me encontraba muy bien por el mal de altura y tuvo mucha paciencia esperando por nosotros y manteniendo nuestra seguridad. Pudimos comprar sin prisas y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. Fue un gran tour el que realizamos con Gabriela, quien nos dio mucha información cerca de La Paz y El Alto nos explicó lo referente a sus costumbres y tradiciones , así como nos mostró aspectos cotidianos de los habitantes de la ciudad. El día del tour estaba el mercado de el Alto y nos llevó a ver como era. Finalmente nos apoyo con información de lugares adicionales que vistar.

The guide is truly passionate about what he does, and you can really feel how much he loves his city. His way of presenting the information is fun and engaging, which makes the whole tour very enjoyable. He shares not only historical and cultural information, but also plenty of interesting and unusual facts that you probably wouldn’t discover on your own. Honestly, this was one of the best walking tours I’ve ever done. I highly recommend it!
