About the tour

This exciting tour starts in one of the most peculiar fortified cities in the world.

In 2 hours, I will take you on a leisurely stroll through the city of silence where the Maltese nobility lived, surrounded by elegance and luxury.

Following its labyrinthine streets that keep stories of mysteries and conflicts between its medieval buildings, we arrive at Villegaugnon Street, where in the past the Maltese landowning families lived. Adorned with the typical closed balconies and their doors with the curious knockers, many of these palaces are now museums and gift shops.

Leaving through the Greek Gate, we passed through the moat that was never filled with water and went out to the Rabat suburb. Here we will make a short stop to taste the authentic pastizzi, made of puff pastry and filled with cottage cheese or pureed peas which, accompanied by a local beer or coffee are the most delicious and cheapest way to eat in Malta.

For logistical reasons, it is essential to book the tour at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you.
