Welcome to Rainbow Tours! We are a group of national and international students of Stockholm, who want to share this beautiful city with everyone. We all love and support the "free Walking Tours" idea as we are students who enjoy travelling, and we want to go one step further: making the tours more friendly and family-like, trying to connect with everyone. We try to have small groups on each tour, as we believe that more people on the tour makes it quite difficult to enjoy it at this level. Update on Covid-19. From 1st of June and throughout the summer, the tours will be done in reduced groups of 15 people maximum. Following the measurements of the government, and considering health, the guide will keep the distance as much as possible, and cash free options are available for the tips. The guide will have gloves, face mask, and hand sanitizer. Book your tour because there are limited spots! And more guides will attend if necessary.

About the tour

The south-island of Stockholm has evolved from being the industrial area of the city to a cultural mix of art, environmental development, religious acceptance and social awareness. On this tour we will enjoy the views of Stockholm from several landscape points, walk around beautiful gardens full of sculptures, mingle with the locals at the markets… Södermalm is a prime example for every European city to follow: the perfect combination of social acceptance, cultural flow, economic power and green development.

We will start at Thor´s fountain and talk about Viking mythology, as it´s the birth of the Swedish culture. This way the cultural evolution of the city will be understood from its roots.

There are limited spots, so please, book in advance!
