16th century Seville
Tour description
We will take a tour of the most relevant places referred to Seville in the 16th century, a city that was the capital of the world at that time thanks to the Discovery of America. We will see the Torre del Oro, we will stay with its essence, we will walk through the Arenal neighborhood, leaving aside the Royal Atarazanas we will cross by the Arco del Postigo del Aceite on the way to the Archive of the Indies where we will make a stop to explain the importance of this institution at the beginning of the Modern Age. Once we have a short break, we will go around the Cathedral of Seville and we will go to the Patio de Banderas of the Real Alcazar of Seville to take a shortcut through one of the typical narrow streets of the Sevillian Jewish quarter, finishing the tour in the famous devil's gate.
