Hello dear Walker, my name is Jens, I've always lived in Leipzig and was a radio presenter for ARD and private radio. Furthermore, I have dealt with music planning, coaching and stage moderation in my previous working life. I have also appeared as a book author. Look forward to a real Leipziger, with life experience and fun in communication. Greetings from Jens
Hello, I'm Jens, a long-time radio presenter, coach and author, I am very happy to bring you the trade fair city of Leipzig in a very personal way. Art closer. That means, besides the exciting history, I also convey the current lifestyle of the Leipzig people. What is cool in the city and what is not? I'll tell you, I promise! Well then, a real Leipziger will be happy to take you on tour through his hometown. Experience with me, for example, famous churches, glamorous buildings, particularly historical places in downtown Leipzig. It's about culture, history and stories, gastronomy and cool shopping places. The starting point will then also be the end point, so you can do a lot afterwards. Stops will include: Old Town Hall, Mädlerpassage, Alte Waage, Thomaskirche, Marktplatz, Höfe am Brühl, Hainstrasse, Gewandhaus Important information: The tour takes place in German, so basic knowledge of German is required. Please think of comfortable clothing, especially when it comes to footwear. The tour will definitely take place after prior registration. Please register at least 24 hours before the planned tour start, thank you! Also note the information on the Covid 19 problem with regard to the regulations in Saxony. If you have any questions, just send an email, other, very individual tours are of course also possible by arrangement. Many greetings from Jens
Right on Leipzig's market square, right in front of the entrance to the Breuninger fashion house. I can be recognized by a blue baseball cap with the words "I love Leipzig" on it.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
