Let me guide you through 2,000 years of Barcelona's history.
From the Roman colony of Barcino, founded in 15 BC, to the architectural explosion of Modernism in 1888!
What can you expect from this guided tour? A fun tour filled with interesting anecdotes, insider information about Catalan traditions, our festivals, and of course, a historical background to complete the experience .
Where do we start? From the beginning, of course! Along the ancient Roman walls, we'll walk from the Old Gothic Quarter, through the medieval streets of El Born, and end our tour admiring the rise of Barcelona's Modernisme from the late 19th century.
Halfway through the tour , you'll be able to experience our visit through your five senses . How? By strolling through El Born, where you'll find unique examples of artisanal food and hear the local sounds of this great city.
Just before ending our Free Tour, we'll enjoy a stroll through Ciutadella Park, our largest garden in the city center, dating back to 1888.
