Hi, this is Riccardo. I've got a tour guide license in Italy in 2018. I graduated with a degree in foreign languages, I won 2 European grants in Spain, so in 2011/2012 I studied in Madrid a Master in teaching a foreign language. I've also did one school year in Greece, thanks to another European grant. I have worked at the tourist information offices of Bari and Madrid. I teach Italian in Spain, and Spanish and/or English in Italy. I love mediterranean food and I enjoy giving tour guides in Madrid and in south Italy, to share my passion for history and culture.

Tour description

With this tour you will discover the origin of the city of Monopoli through a walk through the most representative places. We will start with the Catedra l, then we will appreciate the Church of Purgatory , go through the defensive system of the wall , from there we will go to Palazzo Palmieri , we will walk and we will stop outside the Castle of Carlos V , finally we will finish the tour at the entrance of the port old.
