Roberto was great on our walking tour! He gave shared bits of information while being an enjoyable and nice guide. The places he took us to was great as well. We got to go see a jade factory and learn more about maya jade. I would recommend Roberto if you want a more hands off guide(which was best for my group), regardless he was great!

Roberto was the most fantastic guide who showed us countless historical, cultural and religious parts of Antigua. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny and went above and beyond in every way to ensure our time with him was enjoyable and interesting. We would recommend Roberto to anyone wanting to learn about Antigua, his English was fantastic and we would never have been able to find the places he took us if we had not been guided by him.

This was not what we were expecting: 1. It was not a free walking tour, as it was advertised and booked, he expected a minimum of 100QTZ after the tour. 2. It was almost impossible to listen to Roberto speak, not only did he spoke in an extremely low voice, but he wasn't engaging with the group. When answering questions he would at times just give confusing answers and not answer the actual question. 3. We didn't end up going to all of the places that we were supposed to visit and places that were absolutely essential were missed: El Arco de Santa Catalina and El Convento de las Mercedes. This was not what we were expecting and definitely not something we wish we had invested precious time on.
