∎ Welcome! My name is Ignacio, Landscape Architect and Official Tourist Guide of Amsterdam, my city for 12 years, and where I have walked hundreds of travelers for several years. ∎ Landscape architect by profession, where the studies of history, design, botany and art are part of my professional training, which together with my experience teaching, creating and conducting tours summarize my resume. ∎ I also impart cultural instruction on Amsterdam, to the Spanish-speaking crew (officers and sailors) of German ships in professional exchange with the Netherlands. . ∎ Amsterdam, has always exercised fascination, beautiful, unique and incomparable and where in this beautiful job of "guiding", I have the key to open the doors of the city for you and walk together, that is why my tour can be considered as a "Very entertaining lesson on Dutch history, art, architecture, commerce and society".
Guiding for years , allowed me to create the formula to give a complete and entertaining view of Amsterdam in a few hours. The tour is mainly based on: Dutch history, art, commerce, architecture, nature and society, from the 13th century to the 21st century.
My tour is an explosion of energy, vitality, and enjoyment. We will enter the heart of Amsterdam visiting all the cardinal points. We begin with a review of Amsterdam and immediately begin to sightsee and tune what we see with the descriptive story that I will do, to leave it reflected in your life.
We will live Amsterdam and its history, in a didactic way as if we were the protagonists of a fantastic movie, which they will always remember. Of course, at some stop we can eat a Dutch delicacy, if we feel like it.
