Welcome! I'm Ignacio, an Architect and Official Tour Guide. The rich cultural heritage of Amsterdam is unique. As an architect, I love presenting it and it's a joy to share it, tour it, and enjoy it with my tourists, friends, and family, exploring the different neighborhoods that make up the city. This is even more so since Amsterdam has been my home for over 19 years and where I've guided thousands of travelers. My tours are sporadic, as I must combine my roles as a guide and an architect. It's not easy, but it's always possible. I've spent years immersed in the city's history, exploring museums, its alleyways, and its architecture, and living there as a resident. This is reflected in a HIGH-QUALITY tour that I offer, satisfying all the cultural expectations of tourists. Therefore, if you're looking for the perfect guide to explore the beautiful city of Amsterdam, look no further! ∎ ∎ ∎ My CAREER ∎ ∎ ∎ □ □ □ □ • • • • Reina Sofía Museum, Madrid: I am “privileged” to tour elite personalities and artists linked to the museum when they visit Amsterdam. • • • • I provide historical and cultural instruction about Amsterdam to the crew of German ships on exchange with the Netherlands. • • • • Documentary about the International Flower Market, filmed at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam. • • • • Architecture: Today I direct a research and historical recovery project in the city. • • • • My tours: are cultural projects that provide accurate and reliable information to tourists and are highly rated. All my cultural activities stand out from any other tourist offering in Amsterdam.

HISTORIC CENTER + RED LIGHT AND JEWISH QUARTER

⭕⭕⭕

My tour is an excursion through the "Historic Center + Red and Jewish Quarters" of Amsterdam, told from the perspective of my profession as an ARCHITECT and researcher, when I decided years ago to build a high-quality personalized tour that would deliver a complete and entertaining view of the city. The walk is based on architecture, history, art, commerce, local traditions, culture, Dutch society, from the 13th to the 21st century, covering all the cultural expectations of a traveler, due to the infinite number of topics we touch on along the way, where we will see photos and plates that will enrich the story of the historic place and make it even more entertaining.

All in all, a friendly, very cultural, relaxed, humorous walk, and if we feel like it, we'll stop for a delicious coffee and continue the tour. The idea is to have a great time, just like when we go out with friends.

🔴 STARTING POINT OF THE WALK 🔴

The National Monument , which is the white column located in Dam Square . I'm carrying a white umbrella with black letters that say SPANISH , nothing else (no colors or flags). I'll send you a photo of me, a map, and a photo of the starting point via WhatsApp so you can find me easily.

🔴 🚩 HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EXCURSION. 🚩 🔴

Dam Square : Foundation of Amsterdam, we will walk the oldest streets of the city

There are points along the route that are NOT published, as they are part of my research, giving exclusivity to my work and privilege to my tourists. You'll be surprised!

• For various reasons of force majeure, you may have to replace one location with another.
