My name is Maria. I was born in Valencia. I discovered yoga in the United Kingdom, and since then I have not stopped practicing and training. I have trained in Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Biomechanics applied to Yoga. I have been a practitioner and teacher for over ten years. My determination and commitment to Yoga has led me to experience both physical and mental transformation. Through the experience of the body, I have been able to heal not only physically but also mentally, and at more subtle levels.
