My name is Maria. I was born in Valencia, I discovered yoga in the UK, and since then I have not stopped practicing and training. I am a teacher in Valencia. My determination and commitment to Yoga has led me to experience both physical and mental transformation. Creating through the corporal experience opportunities to touch more subtle levels and to recognize oneself in them. I really like meeting new people, sharing wisdom, experiences and language.
