Free Tour through the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos de Córdoba with official guides.

This activity begins at Torre de los Leones , next to the entrance to the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos. We will explain the reason for its strategic location, known as the old Alcázar Viejo , an area of fundamental power to understand the Andalusian administration in Córdoba and the peninsular territory during the Medieval period. From there, we will go to the Sala de los Mosaicos , where the set of Roman mosaics that adorn the room will be explained, as well as the Patio de las Mujeres.

We will also get to know some private baths belonging to royalty , perfectly preserved archaeologically since the 14th century; and you will walk through the beautiful gardens of the Alcázar , where many curiosities await us. All this set is included in the area of the Historic Center that was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984.
