Boom Dia!! After 5 years in Porto, I have had a year in which I enjoyed this wonderful job as a tourist guide, I enjoy every day more....

A trip we offer is different , we will not leave the center of Porto for a moment of peace, please. main monuments, so that you can still take advantage of the walks on local streets (duas das quais restam poucas) not frequented by tourists, streets with common people, em. At the same time we will visit areas that include panoramic views, tourist spots that do not appear in our tourist guides and that we know very little!!
O Porto is a very busy tourist city and as expected, there will be more tourism... or the center is not very Portuguese..., on this walk we guarantee that we will see our beloved Portuguese women as their typical clothes, clothes to dry varandas , and many bars and taverns where we can eat luxuriously, live like cariocas and best with a super price.

Bairro das Fontinhas, typical Portuguese bairro with impressive views.
We will cross Ponte do Infante to appreciate the top view and see more 4 bridges
We will walk some paths on the Gaia side that are practically identical, with different views of Porto that appear on all the walks, guaranteeing that your photos will be unimaginable!!
We will cross Ponte Luís I ao fundo to pass through A Ribeira (the only bridge with many people) and after climbing the most beautiful beaches of Porto in the direction of the impressive Victoria viewpoint, we will stop at O Lanchino tavern to experience the best Bolinhos de Bacalhau.
We will end up going up to the fazenda two six as its most wonderful walks to the Cathedral where this wonderful walk ends.
At lunch time we can show you the most typical tavern in Porto with a girl Rosinha dressed in avental with her nice smile... (appears in some photos)

I was disappointed that just as Manu ( the guide) lives far away from porto town so do I ( very very very far away... like a different country; actually continent) and he didn't show up for the tour that was booked. I understand that doing a tour for just one person may not be worth coming to porto for but don't advertise the tour if you're going to wait until the very last minute to see how many people booked and then cancel it within the hour. Just as your time is valuable so is mine and that of others. I would have booked another tour but couldn't because the guru system thought I was on his tour and inhibited me from booking another within that 2.5 hour time frame. Not a great experience unfortunately.

The worst trip ever bring presented by guru walk. First the guide Many cancelled at 11 while we were in flight. Then hê SAID hê can not come because of work, although it clearly staties the cluent can cancelled up to an hour brfire the tour hê decided to cancel 2 hours befotre. When I told him I booked from South African and expect him to honour his commitment hê SAID hê would be a bit late. 13h30, even through tour were supposed to start at 13h hê was on his way from work to the station and would probably arrive at starting Point at about 14h. An HOUR after the tour was supposed to start. Do not go on a tour with Mano in Porto I repeat if you see hê is going to be tourguide do not go on the tour.

We had a really great tour with Manu. We met at Majestic Café in the center of Porto, and started with his partner singing ‚ave maria‘ on the streets. as she is is professional opera singer, it was an amazing sound. Right after, we visited spots with beautiful views and apart from all the crowded places. Manu shared a lot if really interesting information about Porto, some hidden places and the history of the town. Although, it was only the two of us, Manu did the tour with us and we really enjoyed the walk through Porto. We definitely recommend Manu and his Tour.
