Hello, I'm Behzad from Iran, who never cancel the tours, even with just one guest! I am a formerly Ph.D. student in physics, but now, passionate about the history and vibes of Berlin. A city with an amazing history in each corner and a multicultural vibe. Why am I doing this? For more than a year, we have had a large group that goes out every week and visits a new neighborhood of the city, and we haven't visited a place twice! So I decided to share this experience and show Berlin, and all layers of it, to an even larger group of people, that are you! Guruwalkers!

Attention: On Thursday nights, we go to a venue for international street food.

Kreuzberg is a district in the central part of Berlin, known for its progressive and multicultural atmosphere, and more importantly for the Street Arts and Murals.

There are a significant numbers of immigrants from all around the world, also many activists, artists, and young people that work and live in Kreuzberg, and because of them, it has a great nightlife with many bars, clubs, and many other things. (wait for more!)
Besides, it's home to many international restaurants and bars, serving food and drink of every corner of the world!
You can find many food from Middle Eastern and Asian to Italian and Mexican, as well as many Vegan options.

But it's not fair to describe Kreuzberg just like that because it's got a rich history too! From the beginning of the 19th century to today, you can find a trace of many global crisis in Kreuzberg!

In our tour, we will walk through this district and see those historical memories as well as the cool vibe of Kreuzberg.

In our walking tour, we will visit:

Behzad has a deep knowledge of all the tour aspects: history, culture, social, geography and others, and shares them with tour attendants in a thorough and interesting manner. It's our second tour with him and we look forward to attend more tours.

The tour really surprised us. We learned a lot about this very important and lively neighborhood in Berlin. The guide brought up many interesting information about the history and development of this part of Berlim that make you understand a lot more about the city itself. A must do neighbourhood when visiting Berlin . Thanks for the experience.
