The holy and magical city of Jerusalem invites you to explore it and fall in love with its beautiful streets and beautiful stories. Cradle of the religions, Jewish, Muslim and Christian , and the point at which they meet.
We start at the Yafo Gate , which welcomes us in the Old City of Jerusalem in front of the imposing walls built by Sultan Suliman during the Ottoman Turks. There we have a panoramic view of the first neighborhoods built outside of the city Old City of Jerusalem Jerusalem.
We will enter the old town and walk through the streets of the city's Arabic market and we will walk through the Muslim Quarter and the Christian Quarter , thus arriving at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was crucified and we see the last 5 stations of the Via Dolorosa (from Due to time constraints, we will not queue to visit the tomb).
We will take a short tour of the most important sites of the Church and then continue through the streets of the market towards Mount Zion .
On Mount Zion we see the upper room where Jesus and his disciples made the last supper and then we visit the tomb of King David which is sacred to all 3 religions.
We start descending through the Old City and through the Armenian Quarter . until we reach the Jewish Quarter where we will see the excavations of the Byzantine Cardo, the square of the Jewish Quarter, the Central Synagogue and with a very beautiful view of the Mount of Olives , descend to our last place, the Western Wall, the most important site of the Jewish religion , place where the Great Temple of Jerusalem was located (remember to bring paper and pencil to ask for your preference) as this is the place where we will end the tour.
Groups of more than 6 people or belonging to the same family group are required to pay a fixed fee of 15 euros/dollars or local currency equivalent per participant at the start of the tour.
We meet in front of the Jaffa Gate, (without entering the Old City) at the walking access gate (there is also access by car) and wait for you with our IDs and a black umbrella.
