Stories at nightfall. Legends and mysteries of Segovia
Hello! I am Álvaro, from Segovia and a dreamer. Since I was very little I have spent my life traveling around and getting to know Spain. I have always been curious to find out a little more. History is my passion. I have spent years studying and researching the history of Spain and, specifically, of Segovia, my land. I'm like a clock that always has a winding to read this, see that, talk to someone... And that's how the possibility of dedicating myself to tourism arose, and I've been a guide in my city for 3 years now. I consider myself a nice, cheerful and hard-working person. But above all I'm a chatterbox, I talk a lot :)
Tour description
Discover the legends and mysteries of the completely illuminated city of Segovia !
We will begin at the foot of the imposing Roman Aqueduct , to head through the historic center. There we will enter the heart of Segovia to discover what hidden stories take refuge in its streets.
The old Convent of San Francisco will reveal to us one of the most terrifying stories of the city. Be careful when falling asleep!
We will pass by a viewpoint that will surprise you thanks to its views. A tortuous building welcomes us, the Royal Prison, whose history will overwhelm you. Who must have been locked between its bars?
From there we will head towards the Plaza Mayor, which awaits us along with the jewel in the crown, the "Lady of the Cathedrals", owner of mysteries and legends.
We will also contemplate the spectacular illuminated view of the Parral Monastery, where a curious story is hidden.
Finally, the Alcázar and its ghostly anecdotes will give us the finishing touch on this guided tour.
