It was a “dry” season for tours maybe so I ended up being the only one 😬 But the places we went were all very interesting (especially the labyrinthine insides of those seemingly simple arcade building). If only the English delivery of the guide is better (or slower, given the challenge) it would make it into an all-star review! 👍👍 But Joseph is a cool guy and he made me realize that I should learn Vietnamese too for a change, haha

It was not the usual GuruWalk tour as it was pouring heavily (until our shoes were soaking wet!) but it was a fun experience nonetheless! P/s: I ❤️ the ghost story!

As my second day in Vietnam, this tour was excellent to understand the history of the Country. Joseph focuses on giving a clear story about Vietnam, from the first settlers to how the country spread across what's now indochina. Then he explained the French colonization, independence and USA intervention to end up in Vietnam today. We walked a lot through different buildings and landmarks to understand all this and we stopped in some cool places of the modern Saigon like the coffee apartments, shopping centers, etc. It was crucial to me as a first introduction to Saigon and Vietnam.

Walking tour ben organizzato e con una buona comunicazione con gli organizzatori. Abbiamo visto i luoghi principali del centro città accompagnati dalle spiegazioni esaurienti della guida. Eravamo solo 3 partecipanti quindi é stato quasi un tour privato. Interessante la conclusione nel bunker originale della guerra del Vietnam.
