El Rastro is the largest market in Madrid and Europe , and probably the most popular in all of Spain, located in the center of the capital and organized every Sunday and holiday of the year outdoors. With a wide variety of products in its stalls, both old and new, it is one of the most essential tourist attractions, as well as a very common weekend plan, even today, for many Madrid residents.
We will end a busy morning in any of the nearby bars to rest our feet and enjoy some fresh beers and/or a traditional vermouth with tapas .
You can consume the drinks and food you want (they are not included).
