Free Sunday Cycling Tour in Quito

Quito is one amazing and vibrant city, full of charming and activities, so if you are staying here one sunday, we can go togheter to “Ciclopaseo”. It’s a magnificent bicycle path of about 30km (18 milles) which runs on the Quito north-south city axis. It’s open between 08:00 and 16:00. It’s equally available to cyclists as well as pedestrians. To go "ciclopaseo" is simply a splendid opportunity to discover the true charm of Quito at your own pace. Quito has very different faces, so I invite you to come with me to explore them. Don´t you have a bicycle and helmet?... No worries, you can rent them in a very easy way.

Itinerary 

1. We are goint to start in Quitos old town.
2. Then to warm up, we´ll go to Quito north to enjoy parks and new town. 
3. After that, it is time to work out, cause we will go back to south to se a bit more of Quito's historical center (ready to face the chalenge). 
4. At the end If you want to have a much more local experience, let´s go to visit Quito´s south suburbes.

Quito's ciclopaseo is organized by the city hall, so it´s common to see police officers on the streets.

What do you need to join me?

1. Great actitude to be one Quito´s cyclist.
2. Bicycle and helmet. You have no one? No worries, you can rent them for 15 usd for the compleate tour.
3. Water
4. Suns cream (Remember at the ecuator, radiation is super intence).
5. Camera to safe your best moments.
6. Water or something to drink.
