Wealth & Prosperity Tour
There are many shrines and temples in Kyoto, each with its own purpose and meaning. This tour is specifically themed around improving financial luck.
Join our unique walking tour in the heart of Kyoto, designed to enhance your financial luck while exploring the city's hidden gems. This 2-hour guided tour will take you through some of Kyoto's most significant spiritual sites and bustling shopping streets, where you'll learn about the local customs and practices believed to attract prosperity and wealth.

This tour will visit the following shrine and temple that are believed to bring wealth and prosperity.

Rokkakudo Temple

  • Visit Rokkakudo, a temple founded by Prince Shotoku, who is closely associated with wealth and prosperity in Japanese culture.

Mikane Shrine (Money Shrine)

  • Stop at Mikane Shrine, dedicated to the deity of wealth. Engage in a traditional ritual to pray for financial success.


The tour will conclude with the following refreshments, which are believed to bring good luck!
Taiyaki is a Japanese sweet shaped like a sea bream. It is made of waffle dough with custard cream or azuki beans in between.
The English word "auspicious" is Japanese for "mede-tai.
From here, tai is known as a food of good luck.

Fried chicken/karaage
Karaage is fried crispy. It is said that eating karaage brings good luck because AGE in karaage and AGERU in luck are pronounced the same.
