On this walking tour of Asakusa, we will travel back in time and discover the most traditional district of Tokyo. You have a date with the history of Japan's fascinating capital!
We will meet at the entrance of the Burger King in Asakusa to start this tour of one of Tokyo's most iconic neighborhoods. (I'll be wearing the hat that appears in my photo)
Without wasting time, we will begin to stroll through the charming neighborhood of Asakusa to discover some of its most notable places. We will admire the scenery from the banks of the Sumida River.
We will visit the Kaminarimon gate, walk along the lively Nakamise Street, see the grandeur of the Sensō-ji temple, and explore the Asakusa shrine. As we tour this neighborhood, we will be immersed in its unique atmosphere and discover its stories and secrets.
Finally, after a tour of between two and two and a half hours, we will conclude the free tour at the entrance of Don Quijote in Asakusa, where you can find a wide variety of souvenirs, Japanese snacks, and typical products to take home a special memory of Japan.
