Had a great time on this tour it was really informative giving both general history of the city and getting to hear the perspective of a local which is hard to understand from other sources. Honest, Kind, and Knowledgeable – Bruno Was the Best! Bruno was a fantastic tour guide — he explained everything clearly and made the tour interesting and enjoyable. What really stood out was his honesty and kindness. I accidentally tipped him 20,000 leke, thinking it was 20 euros, but he immediately called me to let me know it was actually 200 euros. If he hadn’t told me, I wouldn’t have realized it. That shows the kind of person he is — honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend taking a tour with Bruno!

Bruno was born and raised in Berat as were generations before him. He knows the city inside out, along with the history of his country. As the tour proceeds, so the past unfolds until you have a complete picture of Albania from its.beginnings to the present day. Apart from the overall picture, certain buildings have particular importance in the nation's past and those stories are told as you view perhaps a church, a mosque, a bridge, a square, a statue or even the only 5* hotel. Bruno's English is very good And he was able to answer in detail any question that was put to him. He also has recommendations for coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars. This is a very comprehensive, relaed, walking tour during which he finds shaded spots where people can sit as he relates stories and history. I would highly recommend it.

Bruno was an incredible guide! He is from Berat and lives in the Gorcia district, and had so many interesting stories to tell us about the history of Berat. Super comprehensive and never boring. Bruno had great reference photos and videos to show us too which helped bring so many stories to life. Bruno pointed out all the best spots for us to take photos and did the most amazing job taking them. Honestly some of the best pictures our group has gotten together the whole trip.
