Bruno was definitely a nice guy with a lot of knowledge, sometimes felt even a little too much knowledge that it could be a little tired. The group was too large which impaired the intimacy and flow of the track. I personally at least, expected more walking in the alleys for an authentic experience and less walking and stopping on the touristy main street. Beyond that, it was an overall good experience and Bruno's grace and humor did the job.

Very good tour. You must listen carefully as accent is sometimes on wring syllable.

Lazzaro was an excellent guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Berat. We enjoyed every moment of our walk. I’d absolutely book another tour with him again!
