Ana was great and really knew her thing around Estoril and it's history. This tour focuses heavily on stories of espionage and spycraft. And secondly the development of Estoril as a national resort. Prepare for many steps as this is a real walking tour.

Ana is an amazing tour guide. The tour felt so personal. She knows the history of Estoril and Cascais, especially the spy world that operated here during World War II. She explained how real spies like Dusko Popov moved around this area, and how Ian Fleming himself stayed in Estoril and used these stories as inspiration for James Bond. One of highlights of the tour was entering Hotel Palacio, where so much of that history happened. This was were James Bond movie -On her majesty's secret service was shot. Imagine meeting the chief concierge - who appeared in the movie - he still works there! If you love history, espionage, or just want a tour that feels special and not generic, Ana is the one. Also, she has great recommendations of restaurants in the area. I highly recommend her.

Really informative tour, explaining an interesting time in Portuguese history- the spies of the 2nd World War. Lovely walk along the coastal path to Cascais. Ana made history come alive
