It was a fun tour and the guide (James) was very accommodating. He had a very humorous way of delivering information. Overall it was good to attend.

Excellent, detailed tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Lots about Dresden's past, a good introduction to the GDR and impassioned anti-war sentiment when talking about the bombing of Dresden in 1945.

We toured Dresden’s Old Town with Dominique. The highlights included the stirring stories behind the Procession of the Princes tile wall and learning about the significance of “The Way of the Red Flag” mural. We also spent time reflecting on the destruction of Dresden during World War II — a sobering and powerful part of the city’s past. We started our tour in bright sunshine, but the weather quickly turned wild — strong winds, rain, and a bitter, biting cold. Despite the dramatic change in conditions, we explored it all. Top marks to Dominique for keeping going despite the weather!

It was a very complete tour. Nicolo knew a lot about history and made it very entertaining.

I can't remember the name of the guide who accompanied us on the journey through time that was the tour of Dresden's "AltStat". Two hours full of historical information, criticism, irony and emotion so well combined. It was in English. Thank you to my guide, whose name I've forgotten, and whom I highly recommend.

Nicolo has a very good sense of humor which made the tour more relaxed. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the city, while adding very interesting and technical facts. He also gave good recommendations on activities that could be done according to the length of our stay.

The tour was informative and we came away with a real understanding of the past history of Dresden.
