Dankzij zijn kennis en verhalen hebben we niet alleen veel geleerd over Faro, maar ook bijzondere plekjes ontdekt die we zelf waarschijnlijk nooit hadden gevonden. De combinatie van leuke locaties, interessante achtergrondinformatie en Flavio's vriendelijke aanpak maakte deze ervaring echt de moeite waard. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die Faro op een leuke en authentieke manier wil leren kennen!

Like everyone is saying, Marcelo is a complete gem! He was so knowledgeable, considerate, and perfectly punctual. I learned, among many other things, that many English and Portuguese words that start with "al-" come from the Moors, namely algebra and algorithm! I highly recommend this tour.

Great time a lot of interesting information

Flavio was fantastic! He continued the tour even though I was the only one booking so I got the 1:1 experience! That didn't stop him from being extremely professional and showing me all the best spots with enthusiasm and a clear love of Faro. He provided me with a list of places to visit including foodie spots for me as a vegetarian! I'd recommend booking the tour at the start of your holiday so you know which places to visit while you explore Faro. After we had finished, he even accompanied me to a local bakery to help me buy THE BEST locally baked pastel de nata, he didn't even mock my extremely poor attempts at speaking Portuguese. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
