Absolutely amazing tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and truly passionate about Florence. He explained art, history and local secrets in a fun, clear and engaging way. Thanks to him, we discovered the most iconic places and hidden gems, and received great recommendations for food, museums and nightlife. You could really feel his love for the city, and it made the tour unforgettable. One of the best guided tours I’ve ever done. Highly recommended!

Manuel is a great storyteller, bringing us to places that really uncover the history of Florence. Beyond the mainstream places, he took us to hidden gem places and told how the city was developed, and how people lived from time to time. A great start to begin your Firenze experience!

Debora was the best guide we’ve had in Italy: she was professional, funny and the way she relays all the information is entertaining and interesting. We loved that her tour worked around a narrative and timeline, making is very accessible. - her story telling skills makes the facts of the Medicis and the history of Florence easy to understand.

Angela was very informative and provided alot of history on Florence. She made sure that everyone one in the group was together and open to questions. At the end of the tour she took time out to provide recommendations for eating. I also asked about local bakeries because I wanted to purchase a birthday cake for my daughter and she was able to provide it. I would highly recommend the tour.

Our free walking tour was absolutely fantastic. Elizabeth relayed centuries of history in a way that kept me engaged, and at times, laughing. Her deep reverence for Florence’s history and landmarks was evident and made me want to come back and explore Florence more in depth. The tour was just over two hours and I enjoyed it immensely.

I really enjoyed my tour in Florence with Simone :) She gave us a very nice tour of all the important places in the city, with historic background but also myths and legends of the city. I would totally recommend it!!!

Eine sehr unterhaltsame Tour, die uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat.

Although there was some improvement in the second half of the tour, we were disappointed with the first half. The talk lacked a ‘context’ and our guide started off with listing facts about a church we happened to be in front of - without telling us why we should care about the church and how it fitted into the broader narrative of the tour. This lack of context and common narrative remained a problem during the first half. Apart from this there was a lack of connection with the group - the headphones we needed to use of course didn’t help with this and the guide cannot help this, but the she also didn’t make a lot of effort to overcome this. In sum, our guide clearly liked Florence and its history, but could work on her delivery.

Alberto was a true Florentian. Him being an artist, historian and teacher also gave the tour a super entertaining style. On top of the stories about Florence, Medici, and art we got a lot of great tips from the guru on food, drinks, and places to visit after the walk. Well worth the time even with the early rise we needed to do. 😁👌 Hope to see him again next time we visit for a tour or a negroni.

Our walking tour of Florence with our guide Elisabetta was excellent. She covered the history of the Medici family and their contribution to the renaissance and the politics of the time. She made great suggestions for things to do and restaurants to visit. Elizabetta presented the history of Firenze with a very warm, pleasant and entertaining . I would recommend these tours to demeanor. She had a great knowledge base. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning about Florence.

Our train was delayed into Florence and Natalie very kindly waited for us. The groups was small which helped. Communication before the tour was great so we could let her know if problems with our trains. The information given was a great introduction to the city and helped orientate us and let us know what we could explore further. This was exactly what we wanted for the tour. Many thanks.
