My passions are always traveling and getting to know fascinating places, meeting people from all over the world, and experiencing top gastronomy linking food and cultures. Over the past few years, I have travelled across Vietnam from ordinary places to exotic spots like Ha Giang and Ca Mau, known as the Northernmost & Southernmost points, and many more!
Vietnamese food has an unique identity and varies in different parts. Believe it or not, northern, middle, and southern food is tasted differently. Also, I have been tried all the top Vietnamese food nationwide and ready to relay all of my knowledge and expertise to you.

This was a good tour.while we visited some temples, overall it was more about everyday life than big sites. The guide was very cheerful and informative.
Excellent tour and commentary provided by Poppy. PLUS plus since there were only two of us on the tour we got to visit the university interiors and learn about education system. The bonus stops for ice cream, the hidden library, and absolutely the best smoothie to date in Vietnam at a tiny spot you wouldn't know existed.
We appreciated that she took time to answer all our questions. The tour wasn't rushed and we were able to see and learn about the history, culture and traditions present and past and the changes over the years. We appreciated her candid approach, sharing and discussion of her country and of the many insights offered. We learned about many aspects of Vietnamese life that we otherwise would not of known .
