Hi I am Nathan Arthur Festus. I am a South African citizen and was born in Cape Town, also known as the Mother City. I am an experienced and seasoned City tour guide. I started my career as a City guide in 2018 and have found it to be immensely fulfilling. My tours are authentic, exposing you the guest to the various political dispensations through which our city and country have gone.

Nathan was an excellent guide! He provided detailed and interesting information about the history of the people, places, important events, architecture, and geography in Cape Town's history. He has a wealth of knowledge and shares it easily. He encourages questions and responds in detail to each one. He took us inside several sites to explain the wares, spices, and foods of various ethnic groups. Finally, at the end of our tour, he gave us Koeksisters so we could "taste the culture!" A delightful and delectable end to our almost 3 hr tour! Following the official tour, he accompanied me and my husband to view the Minstrel parade, when we indicated an interest, as well as to show us the oldest wine vine stock in S Africa! This was one of the best walking tours we have ever had snd we've had many good ones! Thanks, Nathan for making this visit to Cape Town very special!
