Angel - Tour Guide in Singapore

Hello! I’m Wahida, also known as Angel, a professional Singapore tour guide with 8 years of guiding experience and a lifelong foodie who truly lives, breathes and eats this city.

I grew up in a family that has been part of Singapore’s food industry for years, so hawker culture has always felt like home. As a passionate home cook, I love sharing how our dishes are prepared, the stories behind them, and where to find the flavours locals actually eat. With me, you won’t just try food, you’ll understand it.

Before guiding, I spent 10 years as a humanities teacher that honed me with local knowledge about Singapore and its History. Experiences gained taught me how to connect with people, explain culture clearly, and organise smooth, engaging tours.

I’m honoured to have been a Best Tour Guide nominee in 2022 and a finalist in 2023, and I bring the same passion to every guest on my walks.
