My journey in tourism began in 2011, working as a guide and program coordinator with international organizations in Rabat. These early experiences shaped my passion for cultural exchange and high-quality service. In 2018,

Ilyess hat uns abgeholt, da wir am falschen Parkeingang waren, was sehr entgegenkommend von ihm war. Allerdings hat er immer zu wenig zu den besuchten Orten erzählt. Auf dem langen Weg zum nächsten Stopp hat er leider nichts gesagt und dann war eine komische Stille, nur rumlaufen, ohne etwas erzählt zu bekommen, obwohl sehr viel interessantes da war und erst auf Nachfrage waren sehr kurze Antworten da. Weiterhin fand ich es unprofessionell, dass er die ganze Zeit beim Laufen auf sein Handy geschaut hat und wahrscheinlich gechattet hat. Die Tour fand ich sehr mangelhaft und hat leider marginal spürbaren Unterscheid, als wenn man selber die Stadt besichtigen würde.. Wir waren leider enttäuscht, aber vielleicht haben wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt..
