A former lawyer turned entrepreneur, Ping ran Singapore's very first purpose-built backpackers' hostel for almost 2 decades before COVID-19 forced its closure. A history buff with an immense love for all things Singapore, Ping started On-A-Roll-Tours in 2023 to continue her journey of helping travellers by curating and taking them on walking and/or kick scooter tours. Her tours take participants on a unique storytelling adventure, with the aim of giving them a deep understanding of Singapore in an enjoyable and memorable way. Ping was amazing! She may be of Chinese descent but she was incredibly knowledgeable about the Indian culture, religion and everything else in Little India! Highly recommend!
Ping is a fabulous guide! She is full of information and gave us a full history lesson of Little India. We went into a Hindu Temple and even sampled some local foods! I was thrilled with this tour. It’s an essential local tour you should not miss!!!!
