My confirmation stated 09:45 but the Guide never showed up. He messaged me to say the times were 12:30. Again I showed up at 12:30 but no Guide showed up. I ended up going on another Free Walking Tour which was excellent at 1pm. Very disappointed with Guru Walk.
Unfortunately the guide did not show up at the scheduled time. They did send a message with other times but these do not correspond to the times on guruwalk, and did not change the time through guruwalk, so not sure what is going on.
Lamentable. Hemos estado desde las 12:15 (el free tour era a las 12:30) en la plaza Regocijo (lugar que indica el free tour como encuentro, junto a la fuente). Nadie con camisa verde. Hemos ido a coger wifi a un restaurante y le hemos escrito a Luis desde las 12:20, nuestro guía y no hemos obtenido respueta alguna. Una falta de profesionalidad y respeto absoluta. Ya sé qué empresa no recomendar a familiares y amigos.
