Louis was absolutely fantastic! The walking tour itself is well structured and Louis had interesting anecdotes and social commentary that really adds to the experience. I greatly enjoying chatting with him during the walk. Overall one of the top walking tours I have been on in Europe. He also gave me recommendations on whatsapp prior to the tour that greatly improved my experience during my entire stay at Marseilles.

Louis was a great guide to choose to discover not only the highlights of Marseille but also the hidden gems and anecdotes. With a great sense of humour, and full of bubbly energy, Louis brought us to a better knowledge of the city of Marseille which I knew already a bit. He's been there for years and you can see how much he is now embodying the city, transmitting its generous and delighted spirit. All the tour happened under a strong Mistral, that required to speak very loud and Louis has been fulfilling the challenge without hesitation. I recommend to choose him as your guide with no hesitation!

Me siento engañado por Louis, me respondió diciendo que no realizaba el tour por problemas familiares y me derivo a otra guia llamada Isabel.y me pidio que cancelara la reserva. Llame a Isabel llegada la hora del tour y me comento que ella no podía atenderme porque tenia un grupo privado, que desconocía que estaba pasando que varias personas le habían llamado con el mismo problema que yo. Volví a llamar a Louis y me dijo de nuevo que el no podía por problemas familiares, que a las 11,30 había otro tour en el hotel de la Ville. La sorpresa fue cuando ya por mi cuenta comencé a visitar la ciudad y me encuentro a Louis con in grupo de personas españolas haciendo el tour le llamo a su teléfono para asegurarme y lo veo mirar la pantalla y guardarse el teléfono ,me dirijo en persona a el y le digo en su cara que no es serio, ni profesional que actúe así con las personas que solicitan este servicio través de Guruwalk.
