James is a powerhouse of knowledge. Our small group was made up of 6 college students from a local Hostel, and 2 seasoned world travelers. James immediately established a warm and welcoming rapor with us all. He gave us more time than we expected or, were entitled to receive without ever saying, "See what I did for you. Remember this when it's time for gratuities." Side note: Speaking of gratuities NOT A SINGLE STUDENT GAVE JAMES A GRATUITY! NOT ONE! I found this EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE! In this incident James showed himself to be a better man than me. He was an absolute Gentleman with a capital "G". He handled the in-his-face insult with grace and courtesy. He answered all their AFTER THE END OF THE TOUR QUESTIONS, and thanked them all for attending and wished them all, safe travels. That's a Gentleman. GURU WALK: You must do something regarding this specific tour. James should be given some compensation from YOU, And please do everything you can to prevent this from happening ever again. For Guru Walk and anyone else reading this James never said word to us. This was 100% our personal observation. Lastly, both my wife and I highly recommend James, and we highly recommend this specific tour. Thank you.
LISA is an excellent, professional guide. This is her full-time business not, something she does part-time, and because this is her full time business, she takes what she does very seriously. We highly recommend Lisa. And we highly recommend GURU WALK. Thank you LISA!
