We were extremely disappointed as our guru Isabella did not show up and did not respond to any messages or our calls! The GuruWalk team had no support since it was a Sunday and all we got was a bot telling us it would connect us to live support ASAP but no actual support yet! We did get a prompt email at 12.30 asking us if we enjoyed our walking tour tho! Disappointed!
