My name is Leo, and I’m currently living in the heart of Hiroshima, a city that carries the weight of history and the warmth of hope. I work as a tour guide, where I have the incredible opportunity to take visitors on a journey through time. I share the powerful stories of Miyajima Island, just a short trip from Hiroshima, is famous for its breathtaking floating Torii gate at Itsukushima Shrine. Wander through peaceful streets, taste fresh oysters and sweet momiji manju, and meet the friendly deer that roam freely. For adventure, hike up Mount Misen for stunning views of the sea. A magical mix of culture, history, and nature, Miyajima is truly one of Japan’s most unforgettable islands.

Leo not Maria took our tour 30 mins after the 2.30 booked time but he kept me fully informed and we linked up a couple of minutes late but he more than made up for the earlier slight confusion! Leo was superb he was fully conversant with all the key tour highlights and more! He navigated really well and made sure we didn’t miss anything whilst allowing time for photos and ensuring our arrival at the Tori Gate was perfectly timed for the sunset! Great photos! Thanks Leo
