The Guru guide didn't appear in the meeting point. It was very disappointing! A guy was there suggesting us to join his payed tour. I have done many free walking tours all over the world and this is the first time it didn't work. I sent some messages to GuruWalk and I was oriented to join Helen paid tour, but I couldn't find her.

Thanks your review, but this is misleading. Our guide ask you to join paid tour for free of charge because no enough free tour guests . You are still tips based. You could enjoy the professional service for free and the route is almost the same , but guide said you did not believe. We are actually same company. I think there is some misunderstanding.
