He covered all the main highlights of the city and provided interesting insights along the way, while also being happy to answer questions and chat more informally. It was a great balance between informative and enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great way to explore Khiva - definitely recommended!

Shakh tiene un nivel de inglés excepcional y se le entiende perfectamente (importante para aquellos para los que el inglés no es nuestra lengua materna) Disfrutamos el tour y aprendimos mucho sobre la cultura uzbeca. Shokrukh was an excellent guide. I really enjoyed the tour with him. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and fluent in English. Shokrukh even discussed many things about his country which I really appreciated it. Overall, one of the best guides.

Charos is very professional and she uses a very good intonation so that it is easier to follow all the info she shares. She has a couple of stops where locals already know her and she can interact with their products such as the bread or a wood structure to hold books among other things. Which makes it a better experience :) thank you Charos for your tour!

Shohrux is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable; the tour was very informative and enjoyable. He even did a restaurant reservation for us. I highly recommend!

Shokhrukh was a fantastic guide - he made my visit to Khiva much more enjoyable! We took a route through the walled city than allowed me to see much more of it than if I'd been on my own. He pointed out several good spots for me to take photos, and he provided lots of interesting facts. What I enjoyed most about the tour, however, was being able to speak to a local about the same age as myself, about things I wouldn't have been able to discover otherwise. It was easily one of the most casual tours I've taken, and I mean that in the best possible way! I'd definitely recommend taking this tour with Shokhrukh🙂

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. The tour was comprehensive and she could answer any questions we had about Khiva. She is a local and went to school so study foreign languages so she is a great communicator and has a lot of auxiliary knowledge on different topics you might not expect in the tour. Great tour, 5 stars, definitely recommend.

Thanks to Bonu for a wonderful tour of Nurullabay Palace in Khiva. She explained in great detail the architecture of the palace and many fascinating aspects of the khan’s life and daily routines of that time. It was clear that she truly enjoys what she does, and the tour was both engaging and very informative.

Gulmira gave a wonderful tour of the old city of Khiva. We walked through beautiful places like the Kalta Minor Minaret and the Kunya Ark, and it was clear that she truly enjoys what she does — her explanations were calm, detailed, and she answered every question. Despite the unusually cold weather for mid-March, the tour was fantastic and very memorable.

Our guide Sarvar is professional and organize the tour amazingly and awasome. He explained every ditail, history with legend and stories interestingly. I can recommend others who want to visit the fortresses and Khiva.Having come back Khiva he guided us and continued the tour in Khiva as well. As he is a local guide in Khiva and Fort.s he could do that for us amazingly.

It was very insightful to visit the Old Khiva with Sevinchoy’s tour. Sevinchoy is an English teacher at a local school, so she speaks very fluent English. She is also very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the city. It was a bit of a shame that it was the off-season, and because of my schedule we started the tour quite late, so some of the buildings had already closed before five. Overall, I learned a lot from this tour.

I had a wonderful experience on the free walking tour with Shokhrukh in the beautiful old town of Khiva. He guided me through the historic streets with so much knowledge and enthusiasm, explaining the rich history in a way that was both fun and easy to understand. We just finished a walking tour with Charos. She speaks perfect and clear English and knows very well about the old town / history of Khorazm kingdom. She has a very peaceful and pleasant personality, and meanwhile takes care of her guests during the tour. We could get a glimps of history about Khiva and Khorazm area in this tour. Thanks.

I visited Ayaz Qala, Topraq Qala and Qizil Qala, and it was an unforgettable experience Sarvarbek explained everything so clearly and passionately. He shared fascinating historical facts and made the ancient cities come alive with his storytelling His knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made the tour even more special. I really enjoyed my tour with Charos. We booked last minute but this was not a problem. She was awaiting our arrival at the stated point. Very knowledgable and made the tour personal and thoroughly enjoyable!

Shokhrukh was fantastic. I was the only one on the tour, as it is January and freezing, but Shokhrukh spent 3 hours showing me around Khiva, knew excellent details and was happy to take many questions ! Couldn’t rate him higher
