Martynas was fantastic! He ran the trout despite it being a rainy day and only having a few people. He made sure to be engaging and his humour is top-notch. He had a lot of interesting stories about the history of Klaipeda and it was a great introduction to the city!

Martynas Tour lässt einen wunderbar eintauchen in die Vergangenheit dieser geschichtsträchtigen Stadt. Er versteht es mit seiner lockeren, offenen und lustigen Art zu begeistern. Er gestaltet die Tour interaktiv, stellt selbst Fragen an die Teilnehmer und verteilt für richtige Antworten kleine Andenken. Wir können diese Tour jedem empfehlen, der mehr möchte, als nur zuhören. Bonus: Zunächst hätte die Tour aufgrund Teilnehmermangels abgesagt werden sollen, er hat uns dann allerdings kontaktiert und meinte, er würde auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt verlegen, vielleicht meldet sich ja noch jemand an. Schließlich hat es dann doch noch geklappt, was uns sehr gefreut hat :)

Very professional guide.

This was a lovely tour and Martynas did an excellent job of introducing us to his city. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the postcard prizes he gave out. Our friends used a cruise tour said our tour was more informative and that Martynas was more enthusiastic than their tour guide (we ran into each other at a couple of locations). Highly recommend!

Martynas was a great guide: engaging, humorous, and knowledgeable. He started by asking us about ourselves and gauging our interests. Taking this into account he provided a general overview of Lithuania with its history and relationship to its neighbours, and then drilled down to the Lithuanian persona, local history, the challenges of war and occupation, some myths & legends, architecture, and how the city continues to evolve. It was not a tour of dates, personalities, and in-depth detail, but rather a holistic overview. He covered a wide array of issues during the walk, all of which were informative and interesting. His ability to field questions and provide thoughtful answers was excellent, and his comprehensive selection of old Black & White photographs went a long way to helping us visualize life in the old town over the years. Highly recommended.

The walking tour with Martynas was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and personable. He made the tour interactive and taught us a lot about Klaipeda and Latvia. Glad we did it. It was better than the one we did in Vilnius!

It was really great guided tour. He tried to make it in fun way with interaction and jokes. So, You'll never get bored. He speaks English clearly, I didn't know some vocabularies but I understood by context.
