Free tours a Kaunas

I initially booked a tour in Italian because it best suited the time I was available. It then turned out that no one else had booked (even though it was on a Saturday morning) so Nomeda . kindly conducted a private tour for me in English. She speak six languages! I learnt some very interesting things in the two hours and saw all the key sights.

Se non c'era lei, non avremmo mai conosciuto posti particolari.. Bravissima, preparata, appassionata.. Consiglio il tour,... Da soli, neanche con una guida si possono capire, conoscere e vedere certi luoghi.. Italiano perfetto... Ci ha spiegato aneddoti, curiosita' nozioni di base.. Nomeda is very knowledgeable and passionate about her city, we had a great tour in Italian with her. We spent close to 3 hours learning about Kaunas. There still was more to see and Nomeda was ready to spend even more time with us, even if the weather was not very clement! If we happen to go to Kaunas again, we'll certainly reach out to her again. Recommended!

I would definitely recommend this tour. You explore all the parts of town and places are pointed out of where to visit on your own time. Very knowledgeable guide who is a local and includes some stories from family history.
