An interesting experience with a very interested guide who was eager to provide the best possible experience . We were a group of 4 and we visited four different tapas places

The evening with Luis was unique and brilliant. It's not just him talking and us tasting ，everyone was made to feel involved and join in discussions about gastronomy and the whole ecosystem of food. This tour will run with just 1 participants, so perfect for solo traveller like me.

A great idea- a food tour adjustable to the group’s needs, a limited number of participants (up to 5) and a “pay what you order” basis. Luis was friendly and professional, his English speaking is excellent, he also provided some info on the city, and all the places we visited were interesting. We did like what we tasted. Congrats, Luis!

We had the best time with Giuseppe! He was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with our two 9 y/o boys (who are very picky eaters). It's a great way to see the city and experience places you might not have come across on your own. Highly recommend! 😊

I had an amazing time exploring Madrid’s food and drink scene with Guiseppe. He was friendly and knows the hidden gems that one should visit for a true gastronomical experience. We visited four places and he introduced us to places serving the best croquettes, Spanish omelette, and cheesecake in the city.

Definitely worth the time with Giuseppe! He definitely know the best place to have the best Spanish food and drinks!

I do this kind of tours regularly and it was a very good one. We experienced many delicious places, we were full at the end of it and the prices were really friendly. Giuseppe was very accomodating and entertaining and answered all our questions.

There was just two of us on the tour. Luis was very accommodating to us with the food choices we prefer. He took us to many different spots to try tapas. He was full of lots of information and history of food and history of Spain and Madrid. I would recommend this tour if you’re interested in food.

It was a very busy Saturday with streets and all restaurants packed to overflowing and very high noise levels. It would have helped if Giuseppe had a microphone. I recommend not doing this tour on a Saturday.

Luis was amazing!. He was so knowledgeable and even though I was the only person I felt, it was very very nice that he still went on the tour with me and made sure that I wasn't lacking in any sense. I appreciate that he connected the world of gastronomy and sciences and technology and made sure that the culture was heavily involved in creating this tour. I got to try some great tapas and he let me know that we don't have to go to all of it so that we could enjoy walking around rather than feeling too full. I felt very taken care of and how customized he would make each trip and stop. If you really want somebody who knows food and can connect the dots, I highly recommend taking his tour!

Giuseppe took us around central Madrid to eat the best tapas. He showed us the best places for each treat. It was a great introduction to Madrid and the local cuisine.

Luis was outstanding. It was raining cats and dogs and yet he turned up and gave an amazing experience. He is a gastronomy graduate and loves and knows food (and drinks) and it shows. I am vegetarian which can be a challenge but he made my evening a memorable one.

My husband and I enjoyed our tour with Giuseppe. There were 8 to 10 other people on the tour. With Giuseppe’s guidance, we visited places that we never would have found on our own. Before entering a place, he told us what foods to expect, how to order, and he helped us find seats and tables. Some of the places were quite busy and noisy, but we were able to stay outside if we weren’t interested in the food or to step outside once we finished eating. We appreciated the options. Giuseppe really enjoys Madrid and is a great guide!

Luis was interesting & informative. He was a great conversationalist and could touch on history & gastronomy with esse. We really liked his style and his choices for the various tapas was varied & excellent.
