Essential Free walking tours of Mexico City

Despite the troubles to get to the start point due to multiple surprise road closures the tour started at the planner location. The guide was energetic, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, candid, with excellent command over English and the history of the neighborhood. Take this tour on your first day at the city center to get familiarized enough with the area to allow you to do the rest on your own.

Ulysses speaks very good English and I was very grateful for that. I liked that he shared what he thought was most important to see while in Mexico City. This definetly helps with prioritizing and planning within the time a visitor has available.Then he gave us short informative talks on the History of sites we were seeing. He also told us about an important cultural event for 15 year old. I like how they are welcomed into a large community.

Ulysses was called to go the tour at the very last minute. He showed up on time and in great spirits and led a terrific walk. It was very educational yet fun. It was the perfect way to start our visit to Mexico City.

Great tour and lots of fun. We learned a lot from our very knowledgeable and charming host, and seeing sites on a small walking tour this way beats figuring it all out on your own. We've remained in contact with friends we made in the tour group, too!
