Essential Free walking tours of Mexico City

Shareni was a great host! I did the tour on my first day so it was a great way to get oriented to the historic center.

Had the tour with Renato and have to say it was just great. I often think free tours that are well rated are not that great but the tour was super educating and fun. You can tell that Renato is super educated about history but as well has a deep reflection of the Mexican culture. And by being a comedian at the same time he can communicate things in a interesting way. Probably most importantly he actually seemed passionate and interested about things, even with me being alone in the group which translates to you.

Our tour of our Mexico City Historic center was excellent. Our guide ( I forget the name) was exceptionally knowledgeable and very communicative. She had a lot of historical information and gave us a perspective throughout the tour. Highly recommend.

Shareni is an amazing guide, she’s fun and explained things in detail! My booking was originally on an earlier date, but she kindly reminded me on whatsapp, that on the original date there will be a huge rally, so I can reschedule the tour to another date and get prepared for the rally and crowds.

We had Ana amazing tour with Alexia. She was very knowledgeable and let us know a lot of Mexican history, history of Mexico City etc. Would recommend to take the tour!

Gabby was very knowledgable and conducted the tour in good humor. We were especially glad that there wasn't a large group of people on the tour (like some of the other tours waking by with dozens and dozens of people), which made for a more personalized experience.

My tour guide was so knowledgeable and the tour exceeded my expectations. She had answers to every obscure question, and knew the history of the city like the back of her hand. We loved the tour, Luis, our guide was great. He explained a ton of information in a very easy way, adding occasional images and maps. Was more than happy to answer any questions. Not only was the itinerary spot on, but he also took care and let us sit in the shade when possible, as well as using a tiny loudspeaker so we could hear him perfectly. 10/10 thank you very much :)

Highly recommend this amazing walking tour! It was so enjoyable, a great guide through Centro in CDMX which covered a lot of history and culture in the city. Shareni was highly knowledgeable & a complete natural as a guide, she made it fun & engaging, made an effort to get to know to every member in the group & delivered a balanced tour that was a lot of fun.
