Holly was a delightful and engaging tour guide. She kept us laughing, entertained, and curious about what we discovered during our tour of Norwich Center. Holly was very thoughtful about finding shade to help manage the high heat conditions. We only have one small bit of feedback. A scheduled. restroom stop to use the toilet and fill up or purchase water would’ve made the second hour of the tour more enjoyable for us. Thanks again to Holly. We have lots of good memories from our tour!

Just Amazing!!!! Guru walks are always good but this was one of the best..... We learned so much about Norwich, and its history - we saw lots of different areas of the city, each with its own story, we were only there for a day as we are boating but will now make definite plans to return and explore the city thoroughly - we made a start today with the best Italian ice cream (outside of Italy of course;) ) definitely do this tour on your first day in Norwich- it will set you up for the rest of your stay Tom was full of knowledge and recommendations, places to go to eat and drink ☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent tour by Tom. We have been to Norwich many times to visit relatives, but have never thought to look for a free tour. Glad we did.!Tom was pleasant, informative and helpful and we saw a few places we hadn’t been to before

Fantastic walking tour with Tom Thornhill! He made Norwich feel alive through his storytelling, historical insights, and fascinating facts about the cathedrals and the city’s past. He was incredibly patient with the group and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. The tour was engaging from start to finish and gave me a completely new appreciation for Norwich. This was an excellent tour. Tom went through 1000 fascinating years of history that I probably wouldn't have been introduced to otherwise. We walked past beautiful churches, markets, arcades and bridges each with their own stories about literature and pioneers. We also got some excellent recommendations for restaurants , activities and viewpoints afterwards. It's rare that you can find walking tours in smaller cities, so I'd definitely recommend taking this hidden gem of a tour of you're visiting Norwich.
