Excellent tour. Julio was knowledgeable and helpful, showed us some beautiful art both on the street and in galleries, introduced us to artists, and even helped me sign up for a workshop. I’m so glad I went and I highly recommend it. I only wish I’d known before how much I would love Jalatlaco!

Julio was a lovely guide. We are all in our 70s and Julio was very conscientious and considerate. He’s very knowledgeable about the history of Oaxaca and Mexico. We had a lot of fun.

Great guide, knows the city well and showed us a side of the city we've not seen! I felt bad not being hungry to join in on the snack and drinks samples! You should go!

Oaxaca City Walking Tour: Markets, History and Art

What an amazing tour! We saw some incredible murals and really got to understand the meaning behind each one and the spirit of the neighbourhood. Very entertaining and a great way to explore a different aspect of the city.

Loved my tour with Julio, he really knew his stuff! With this tour you were able to see all the main sites but I also felt like you got a good understanding of local culture and a few off the beaten path things. Also this is a tour that’s not run by a big touring agency so you really feel like you are supporting something more local
