Carlos was absolutely phenomenal!! My partner and I learned so much and the list he provided at the end helped us enjoy our entire trip. We were so excited to try new things and his advice was extremely helpful during our trip. Our favorite part was his story about lucha libre and his grandma. We ended up attending a match, and had a blast!! All his food recommendations have been exceptional and we haven’t had a bad meal since being here. Our favorite was Chichiola, where we tried 7 different moles. It was amazing!! We can’t wait to visit Oaxaca again and bring more friends. Thank you Carlos for such an amazing tour!! You’re the best! :)

Carlos was amazing. Shared the interesting history of Oaxaca state, as well as so so many incredible recommendations of museums, foods and places to go to. He even sent us a comprehensive list of all the places he’d mentioned so that we didn’t have to keep writing all the recommendations down! Would 100% recommend!

April was very friendly, helpful and informative. She always asked if we had more questions and kept us on pace to finish the tour on time and gave us a lot of helpful recommendations for after the tour.

Noel made the tour very interesting. He had lots of facts about the history and politics of the area, and he took us inside many places; which we didn’t expect. He also told us a lot about events we can go to, and the many different foods we can try.

This was an excellent tour, cannot recommend enough. Our guide was really good, informative, fun & kind. As well as leaning about the history of the area we also got to try local food from the markets

Our guide was incredible. You could really tell that he was passionate about his culture and loved Oaxaca so much. He even took us for a little tour and had a free mezcal tasting and some Oaxacan delicacies. I’d definitely recommend this.
