Jessica hit all the highlights for the history of Oaxaca. We had breaks every few minutes as we toured the area. We did walk through the zocalo without much information. That would be one thing I would have liked.

GuruWalk was a great idea and we got luck enough to have Braulio, a native Oaxacan, guiding the tour! It was a really nice to be immersed in the culture while walking through the street of Oaxaca and getting to appreciate the art, the architecture, and the wonderful spirit of the people. Excellent tour. Carlos is a really top guide, with superb English. After the tour, he shared a helpful list of food and activity tips. Nice balance between markets, historical buildings, and shops. Just the right number of stops. Highly recommended.
