Ricardo is very nice, polite young man. Good information.

Great tour to understand Tlaquepaque with good recommendations about where to buy food/souvenirs/etc. Totally worth your time!
Ricardo is very friendly and knowledgeable.
My husband and I LOVED this tour. Ricardo was friendly, knowledgeable, interested and interesting, and generally a very good guide ( we've been on many walking tours in many places and had some guides that were a real disappointment) We would highly recommend this tour and Ricardo in particular.
“An Unforgettable Journey Through Tlaquepaque!” I had the pleasure of joining the “Free Bilingual Tour” of Tlaquepaque, led by Ricardo, and it was an absolutely magical experience! From the moment the tour began, Ricardo’s passion for his hometown and deep knowledge of its culture, history, and traditions shone through. The pacing was perfect—allowing us to soak in the vibrant atmosphere while learning fascinating stories about this enchanting town. The bilingual format was seamless, making the experience inclusive and engaging for everyone. Ricardo went above and beyond to ensure all participants felt welcomed and connected to the rich heritage of Tlaquepaque. Highlights included the charming artisan shops, stunning architecture, and delightful local traditions. Ricardo even gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and souvenirs, which truly made me feel like a local. This tour exceeded my expectations and is an absolute must for anyone visiting Tlaquepaque. Thank you, Ricardo, for such a memorable day! Rating: 🤩 I was surprised!

Ricardo was very knowledgeable and showed me some unique aspects of Tlaquepaque.
Ricardo was amazing! Highly recommend this tour! He is very friendly, informative, takes you to the markets where only local people go, and he is very sweet and friendly!
What a fun tour, it was informative, he bought us treats to try, he really knows his local cultural history and was fun to talk to and hangout with. I got to explore parts of Tlaquepaque that I've never seen before.
Ricardo is a local and he focuses on culture. He is a kind and authentic person and gives personal insights from his own family and growing up in Tlaquepaque.
Ricardo was a great tour guide and we really enjoyed the tour! He knows tlaquepaque very well and was able to tell us much of the history of the town. He even told us about common foods/drinks and let us try tejuino, which was delicious. He’s a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, so I highly recommend him!

We had a lovely time with Ricardo...he was enthusiastic and we enjoyed all the information he shared with us to make a memorable day.
We really enjoyed the tour with Ricardo. There was only five of us and we had a great morning together. Ricardo not only talked about the significance of Tlaquepaque during Mexican independence, but also shared many tips on where to get good food or quality souvenirs.
Ricardo was AMAZIN. He was knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and lots of fun. We had an amazingly wonderful afternoon with him.
Ricardo is a great guide! Personable, fun, easy to talk to, with great stories and historical facts of the area. His English is great (he speaks other languages as well). I'm so glad I went on this tour. It was a highlight of my time in Tlaquepaque.

'Live your life like a poem: reflect goodness of life with words' We had an exceptional tour guide, Ricardo. He was well prepared with facts about history, culture, and even where the locals eat. We had such a great time. It was hot and humid when we started at 11am but, after close to four hours and a lunch break, we have been saturated with information. First, locals sit under the shade, either for ice cream or Tejuino drunk with corn, lime and brown sugar or coconut water. We had neither. I had pure water with powdered electrolytes and from a wilted being, I got revived to finish the rest of the tour. We passed by the House of Iguala, where friars planned the independence project. It was more than a project, it became a movement, a war of independence, started in 1810 and finally won, after thousands died in 1850. Calle Independencia is where the Mexicans declared freedom from the Spaniards, headed by Miguel Hidalgo in 1850. Gov't discovered bones, house, bridge under the street in 2012, bones from 400 B.C., which delayed the construction of the Metro for 10 years. Aside from the history, we learned about clay making. Like a Jarito is a container for tequila. It looks like a mosaic if tiles with apple green highlights. We got introduced to pescado ala diablo, a $6 lunch, and of course, tacos de pescados. I highly recommend this tour guide as it helps deepen your knowledge about the place and helps save time from being lost. This was a walking tour in English, recommended by a good friend, @Jon Lawrence Rivera. We had a great time with Ricardo!
It ended up being just me and Ricardo and that couldn't have been a better scenario. He showed me around the whole area, gave me a Mexican history lesson, taught me about the area, food, drinks, culture, art. He was so super friendly and helpful, and generous with his time and happy to answer all questions. I'm so glad I took the tour rather than just walked around by myself. Thank you Ricardo!
Ricardo was well versed on the history and was a fun guide!!!
