Aiko was professional, enthusiastic and brought the city to life. There is no way you could learn that much about the city and have lots of little extra bits of information if you didn't do a tour like this. We were a really small group so could ask anything we wanted. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic Samurai Tour in Kanazawa! The tour was very interesting and informative, and we learned so much about the history and culture of the samurai. Our guide Momo was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She shared lots of interesting stories and also gave us great tips for our stay in Kanazawa. We had a very nice tour with Momo as our guide who gave a solid introduction to the samurai- and castle-areas and the life in Edo-era-Japan. Also she was a knowledgeable and funny guide, and we were about 10 people on the tour, so there was opportunity to ask question. We can recommend this tour! :-)

Our experience on this tour was absolutely amazing! We were incredibly lucky because we ended up being the only ones on the tour, so it turned into a wonderful private experience with our guide, Muskaan. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Japanese history, and we were completely fascinated learning about the samurai and exploring the beautiful gardens in Kanazawa. Since it was our very first day in the city, the overview and historical context she provided gave us the perfect introduction to Kanazawa. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!
