This was probably the most dynamic and entertaining city tour I ever had. The balance between historical knowledge and funny anecdotes and experiences is perfect. This is a great tour to get to know about Tashkent, and Donat is very nice, experienced, and entertaining !

Donat is very communicative and explains really well!! There are many guides that know a lot but don’t know about storytelling and Donat knows how to do both. So we really appreciated this. Going to the bakery was a super cool experience. Highly recommended!!!

This is an incredible tour! Donat has deep knowledge of not just Tashkent, but also the complexities histories of Central Asia and its place in the histories of the Persian, Mongolian, and Russian empties. If you so want, he can give you extensive reference and explanation of these things but he can also provide a quick and understandable summation if you are a casual tourist looking just to enjoy Tashkent. We sampled amazing foods in the market and had a very enjoyable chat during the break over coffee. Take the deep dive and let Donat guide you through Tashkent!!!!!

What a great way to see Tashkent! Donat was so knowledgeable and entertaining, I particularly enjoyed the folder with pictures to illustrate the history and the poems and fables he told. The bread making was an added bonus! I highly recommend Donat and this tour :)

A short and fun bread-making workshop and a long and in-depth discussion about Italian and international football, with a cup of coffee. What more can you ask? Exceptional. Highly recommended. Message for Donat: in the end, we did go to the match (you hadn't told us the most important thing: the new coach is Cannavaro!) and also to the bar you suggested (super cool). Thanks. I really enjoyed this tour of a less touristic area of Tashkent. It felt like a true immersion in the local culture. It was super interesting to learn more about local street artists and about the history of Uzbekistan in an alternative way. Donat is a very experienced and passionate guide. I highly recommend this tour, which also complements his other Tashkent City tour.

The urban tour was fantastic, one of my favourite experiences in Uzbekistan! Donat is a great guide, he's extremely knowledgeable and gives a lot of social and cultural context, which allows you to see and understand the street art (and the city) from a very different angle. The art itself is very engaged and multilayered. Very very cool tour!

I really enjoyed the tour with Donat in Chilanzar. Instead of a typical city walk, he took us through courtyards and hidden spots, showing around 15 graffiti and murals by the local “Tashkent Banksy” — Inkuzart. Some works were already destroyed or painted over, which actually made the experience more authentic — you feel how temporary and alive this street art scene is. Many pieces are still there, and Donat adds context and stories that you would definitely miss on your own. Inkuzart is an anonymous street artist active since around 2020, known for socially charged works about topics like the pandemic, corruption, environmental issues, and everyday life in Uzbekistan. His art often sparks public discussion, and some pieces are quickly removed by authorities, which adds another layer to the experience.

Guru Donat is a very clear history guy. Explained the history of the region, a little more than surprising to learn about the region.
