El Sr. Hamid nos ha hecho una visita guiada excelente, de tres horas, por toda la medina. Lo ha explicado todo muy bien, se detuvo en todo lo que nos interesa, hemos entrado en varios riad y palacetes y un bazar para ver por dentro. Sin embargo, al contrario que con otros guias, nunca nos hemos sentido presionadas para comprar en ningún momento del tour. Estamos muy agradecidas por sus explicaciones.

Uns hat die Tour mit Hamid sehr gut gefallen. Er hat uns viele Ecken von Tetouan gezeigt, ist mit uns in typische Riads hineingegangen, hat uns bei einem typischen Bäcker kosten lassen und uns mit großer Ruhe alles erklärt. Die Tour dauerte fast drei Stunden und wir haben sie sehr genossen! Am Schluss hat Hamid uns noch geholfen, ein kleines logistisches Problem mit unserem Fahrer zu lösen. Vielen Dank, Hamid!

We had a great walking tour in Tetuán with Hamid! He was incredibly kind and showed us the city like locals, taking us to beautiful spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. You can really feel his love for the city in the way he shares its stories. Highly recommended!

Experienced the tour with Hamid for the English speaking part and turned out I was the only one. It became a private tour and Hamid spared no expense. He carefully took his time taking me through all the different parts of the medina in Tetouan, explaining both it's history and aspects of current way of life there. We explored areas I likely would not have found otherwise. Definitely recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of exploring the Medina of Tétouan with our incredible guide, Hamid — and what was supposed to be a 1.5-hour city tour turned into nearly three hours of rich, immersive storytelling and discovery. From the very beginning, Hamid’s warmth, humility, and genuine love for his city were immediately clear. He wasn’t just guiding us — he was inviting us into the soul of the Medina, sharing its history, traditions, and everyday life in a way that was incredibly real and deeply moving. He explained everything with care and passion: the cultural layers of the city, how Arabs, Jews, and Berbers have lived together in harmony, and how this shared heritage continues to shape the Medina’s vibrant rhythm today. Hamid’s knowledge of the city went far beyond the surface — every alley, every tile, every doorway had a story, and he brought those stories to life. One of the most unique parts of the tour was when Hamid took us into both an Andalusian and Jewish house, showing us the subtle architectural and cultural differences — something we never would’ve seen on our own. He took us to centuries-old bakeries, where we could feel the history in the air, and even invited us to share almond pastries with him — a kind and personal gesture that summed up his character perfectly. This was far more than a tour — it was a window into a living history, guided by someone who loves and respects it deeply.
