Our tour guide K gave such a brilliant and digestible oversight of Albanian history. He made it really engaging by including the perfect level of detail, and personal family stories from the communist regime in Albania. A perfect mix of history and culture! Couldn’t recommend the tour, especially tour guide K, enough!

One of the ways this guide stands apart from others is that he includes personal stories and perspectives about Albania under communism; things that you could not look up. He is a very engaging speaker - even my teenage daughter followed everything he was saying, which she does not always do.

Very interesting tour. There were a lot of people but luckily we were divided into several groups.

Koli is an incredibly knowledgeable guide, who is able to take any question you might have about Tirana and Albanian way of life more broadly. On top of a very interesting tour, he gave us a long list of places to see on our roadtrip across the country! We definitely made use of it! Don't think twice and join his tour!

Great knowledge of Albanian history

Eri, the guide, was excellent and highly knowledgeable.

Aurora is a great guide who showed and us the history of Albania in understandable language, good English and not to forget with a sense of humour. She was open and was ready for every question that was fired upon her even if these questions were hard to answer.

Erik was a fantastic guide. He was deeply knowledgable and had a ton of excitement. He was easy to talk to and had lots of great historical and modern knowledge. I ended up being alone on the tour, which can sometimes be awkward, but Erik was so friendly and knowledgable- it was a great time!

Stivi was such a wonderful tour guide; very knowledgeable and truly tailored the tour to my interests. The experience was detailed and so much fun. I’m truly grateful I took this tour because I learned so much about Albanian culture and history that will stay with me. I also got to discover great local spots for traditional food. If you want to dive deeper into the culture, history, and enjoy authentic dining experiences, I would highly recommend this tour!
